How do we know when an e-mail is successfully sent?

To see sent emails, click the green icon at the bottom right of the LabManager Main Form.


The 'Emails Sent' window will list the emails you have sent. 

You can choose to view:
  •     Emails sent today
  •     All Emails sent


If there is an orange icon beside the green icon on the Main Form:
  • There are emails waiting to be sent. These should send automatically.


If there is a red icon beside the green icon on the Main Form:
  • This is the number of failed emails.
Click the icon to view, delete or resend.
