  1. Can we have the ability to store and view .STL files? (3D Cad/Cam images)

    These can be very large in size, so maybe just the ability to store a location link to an STL file in a job, and if the user wants to view it then Transactor just opens the file in the CAD/CAM software or an STL viewer, such as: http://sourceforge.net/projects/stlviewer/

  2. Would like a report to show products invoiced to all surgeons in a specified practice, for a specified period

    ie. A summary of all the items that are listed on the practice summary invoice detailed.

    Can we have the Shade and Mould boxes capitalized .
    If these boxes were capitalized it would make the invoices etc look so much better. It did it on T6.

  7. Very impressed with this it has been a god send to the lab and also with the accounts.

    Something we do want to see in our lab is how much we make on NHS prosphetics and private prosphetics also nhs crown and bridge work and private crown and bridge work. at the moment we can see price brand or nominal account but it would be amazing if you could mix the two together and my accountants would love me.
    But I think everything else is spot on and I see you are working on excel downloads which would also make the accountants very happy because they can user it with their system.

  8. Allow sorting of patient search results

    When doing a patient search the results appear in date order with columns patient/ job/ customer etc, it would be good if you could click the customer or surgeon and it sorted it in patient name or surgeon order, then you could find patients with the name you are searching for with a particular surgeon, this would be good if it could be used when searching a customers history, if after selecting the customer and getting their history you could click the patient column and sort the information out in patient order, you wouldn't have to search throughout the years…

  9. email server - easier delete all

    had 30 + in the error list window (due to our email configuration change). ok now but wanted to clear the list to remove the red indicator icon. slow one by one.

  10. Can the payment ref that I entered show on the customer history?

    It shows on the payments list, but would be useful on the customer's history too

  11. Export data to accounts package eg sage

    I'm a Bookkeeper and one of my clients runs Transactor for [their] Dental Lab business. At the moment I collate [their] business onto a spreadsheet, but in the future I would like to purchase an accounts package to do all of my clients bookkeeping on and wondered if I will be able to transfer my dental clients sales figures?

  12. Show a warning if a job is booked in with a due date on a weekend

    Yes, the job shows the day along with the due date at the top of the screen, but when booking in jobs quickly we do not always notice this.

  19. Specify some products as not applicable to early payment discount

    Some items, such as Gold, we do not want an early payment discount to apply to. This is different to the customer discount, which you can control on a per product basis using the "Is discountable" checkbox on the product.

  20. allow 2 more customer email c.c addresses ergo up to 3

    Need to email customers, but also 2 other 'customer cc. email addresses' currently they have to do a BRM (Batch Report Manager) run to customer's email addr, then 'go back into each customer record, change their email', for a 2nd run. ditto 3rd
