Lineitems ability to press INSERT to insert a lineitem
wanted to insert the patient name or a line note at the top of the lineitem area but couldn't see how to do it.

Use the INSERT key when editing the lineitems area on any job.

Don't know if I am talking about the same thing, but the insert button when raising an invoice, does not let you insert at a particular point, it jumps to the bottom of list of any other line items already there.
