e-mailing an invoice
Whenyou e-mail a report as an attachment, it comes up with a box to show e-mail address, where you can add multiple addresses if need be and also any text you might want to add. It would be really good to have this option when e-mailing an invoice. I need to chase payment of a certain invoice. I want to e-mail them the invoice, but need to add text to say this or they will wonder what this random e-mailed invoice is.

We are currently working on improving the flexibilty of sending emails. This will include more control over the email subject and body text, ability to more easily view and re-send emails and more control over additional attachments.

Will this text ever be able to be shown in the sent e-mail 'report'? Apologies I think I may have asked this before. I often need to know what 'message' I actually wrote for reference, much like you are able to view the e-mails text on a normal e-mail system. Thanks Wendy

after some playing around, I see now, that if you send invoice to the Preview Window you can then add text and e-mail addresses and e-mail it from there.
