abiltiy to send email letters to the customers
Either as a one off or on bulk from the Batch Report Manager perhaps. eg. Select customers with email addresses, decide on text of letter, send to Customer's email addresses.

An possible related part of this topic is, that if you need to chase a payment for example, you would e-mail a copy of the statement with accompanying TEXT.
Could this text be visible in the Preview Window list of e-mails sent? It would help immensely to track communication with the client. (As you would check e-mail content sent on regular e-mail format).
