"Deliver to" Box when raising an invoice, can accidently be left blank.
This results in a conflict of reports. Whilst the invoice exists on the Individuals Statement, it does exist on the Practice Statement.
Could this box be set so you always have to enter an address, or so it asks if you are sure you want to leave it blank. I know this is my fault typing so fast and clearing this box in error, but its resulted in a few messy account issues now.

Hi. The Deliver To box on the Main Form has always been editable, so long as you're viewing an editable job.
It is possible to prevent Transactor from moving the highlight to the Deliver To box when you use the Tab key, though, so I wonder if this was a setting you had previously which has since been lost.
To add this preference, go to the Tools menu and then select Preferences to view the settings for the current user.
Click the green plus symbol to the right of the "Options" box at the bottom right.
Select "Skip Next Tab position - DeliverTo" then click the Select button
Click OK to close the user preferences. Now the only way you can reach the Deliver To box is by clicking it with the mouse.

When updated to T8, I noticed that you could no longer overwrite this field which was great. I had a systems blip the other day and transactor had to reconfigure my system. Now I see that once again one can over type a delivery with any text you want. Please advise. Thanks.

Re Transactors reply. I already have this set up so there is a delivery address on every account, however its the fact when raising an invoice you can easily accidently overide this address field with a blank space, so the invoice does not exist as far a practice records show.

Yes you can easily configure Transactor to avoid this issue. The best method depends on how you do business with this customer. Read on..
1. Set the customer's usual delivery addr/practice in the customer record.
Retrieve the Customer onto the Main Form, Edit the Customer record (CTRL-G), clik 'Deliver to', choose and existing Delivery address (or add new). From now on, any new jobs raised will have the Delivery addr/practice automatically set.
2. If your customer tends to work out of more than one Delivery addr/practice. Create another account with the same customer name, but set the usual delivery addr/practice as appropriate. If the customer's invoice address on both accounts is to be the same, you will find it helpful to put some indicator in the first line of the invoice address, and/or the customer note box to help you differentiate between the two accounts. Note that in the Customer selector (when you are choosing a customer for a new job) the columns clearly show the customer's account ID, name and Delivery addr/practice so you can easily pick the right account for the job even if the customer has several accounts.
i hope this provides the solution for you, let us know. Thank you for your feedback.
