Would like a report showing all jobs who's state has changed to Booked Out on given date(s)
We book out all our work in the morning (both ongoing and charged) and once these are ready for delivery, we would like a report to list all jobs changed to a booked out status that day so we can check the delivery against the list.
It should default to today, but could be useful to also select any other date.

From Transactor choose Jobs / Select
(or click the Job Selector icon).
choose “jobs Booked Out on date”
(If you have v7.08 but don’t see this in your list, contact support we’ll need to enable it for you).
Enter a First Date the Last date is optional and will default to First Date.
The full date format is dd/mm/yy.
You can use fun quick entry :

First Date: today
Press Enter
eg:
First Date: today – 7
Last Date: today
Press Enter
eg:
First Date: 25dec
Press Enter
Columns Displayed:
BookedOut datetime,Job no,Dept,Customer,Patient,Job note
As in all the Job Selector lists, you can right click the result list and choose ‘Send To Preview Window’. From there you can choose to print or email it etc.
You may also highlight any job and press Space Bar to see the mini-viewer. Press Space bar again. You can open several jobs at a time in the mini-viewer.
You may also right click and Select the job onto the Main Form.
