You can enter multiple email addresses using the Standard formatting. Encase each email address in angled brackets, separated by semi-colons. The exception is the Customer Record’s Primary Email addr which needs to be unique.

Valid single email address example:
JSmith@testmail.co.uk
Valid multiple email address example:

From any Transactor preview window you can click the E-mail icon. Enter single or multiple email addresses in the To,CC and or BCC boxes.

You can’t use ‘Send to Customer’s Email Address as this Primary email address must be unique. If you need to send a report or document to multiple email addresses, choose Send To preview window first, then paste in your email address(s) or set up defined SEND TO email addresses (which support the multiple address format).

CUSTOMER PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS
The customer record’s primary email address must be unique so you cannot use the multiple email address format. If you need to send a report or document to multiple email addresses, choose Send To preview window first, then paste in your email address(s). If you need to do this regularly, set up a SEND TO channel in the Setup Wizard.
