Make the Allocate Credit list printable OR provide a report that show payments and their allocations

We have added an export template "Generic - Credit Allocations by Customer" to provide a list of all allocations for the given customer.

Access this from File menu > Export, then download the template.

the former is a practical idea since all the allocations for a given credit could be printed if required. (Enable Right click menu in the current payment allocations window).
