  1. please can we have something that allows as to send a generic letter to all clients, either by post or email.

    I think it would be a good idea as we have all clients on one list if we could have something that we could send a generic letter out to them.

  2. Option to specify customer tag for the Sales Report by Product

    I need to find out a breakdown of sales for the IDH tagged customers. I notice there is a sales report that gives sales by product which would give me exactly what I want. However I can't seem to select by tag, any ideas?

  4. Is there any way I can put a block on specific dates on the calendar so they can’t be booked in on i.e. bank holiday?

  7. Can we have the ability to store and view .STL files? (3D Cad/Cam images)

    These can be very large in size, so maybe just the ability to store a location link to an STL file in a job, and if the user wants to view it then Transactor just opens the file in the CAD/CAM software or an STL viewer, such as: http://sourceforge.net/projects/stlviewer/

  8. Would like a report to show products invoiced to all surgeons in a specified practice, for a specified period

    ie. A summary of all the items that are listed on the practice summary invoice detailed.

    If these boxes were capitalized it would make the invoices etc look so much better. It did it on T6.

  13. Very impressed with this it has been a god send to the lab and also with the accounts.

    Something we do want to see in our lab is how much we make on NHS prosphetics and private prosphetics also nhs crown and bridge work and private crown and bridge work. at the moment we can see price brand or nominal account but it would be amazing if you could mix the two together and my accountants would love me.
    But I think everything else is spot on and I see you are working on excel downloads which would also make the accountants very happy because they can user it with their system.

  16. Let us store a customer's statement email address, and allow sending to this

    A number of our customers want to have statements sent to an email address, which is not their primary address and also shouldn't be included in the email list.

    Can we have the ability to have a "statement email address" on a customer's record, and allowing emailing to this.

    The website address on a customer record isn't useful to us, so this could be replaced.

  17. The customer balance shown under the customer details on the main form, doesn't update after adding a payment

    The correct balance is shown in customer history, but to see the correct balance on the main form you have to clear the form and go back to the customer.
