I want to see annual figures shown on a month-by-month breakdown, so I can compare with other years
We want to compare this year to last year so just want to run off one report for each year which contains monthly figures

We want to be able to batch book-out complete jobs and print their invoices
eg. Batch book out all jobs due today and print their individual job invoices

Then use Tools menu > Apps > Batch single invoices and patient statements

Please can we sort the "Active Jobs - Booked In - By Due Date" list by practice
I will specify the current day as the due date to see all jobs that should go out today. If I could work through each job required by a practice in sequence, this would be more suitable than finding one job, and then 10 jobs later finding another one in the list.
3 votesThe "Booked In - by Due Date +" list from the Jobs list will allow you to click the Practice header to sort by practice.

More easily view images attached to jobs after completion
As part of DAMAS accreditation we use Transactor to store images of signed tickets with each job in a step towards paperless office. for audits we'd like to be able to more easily view them up to 6 years after completed. Essential for Audits. Naturally we don't want to have to Action-VOID the Invoice.

at the moment when adding a new surgeon the id is automatic but i group my IDs logically as i used to in Transactor 6

Can we have a notepad facility for non Transactor terminals
Can we have a notepad facility for technician PCs (not running Transactor) so technicians can enter notes that Transactor operators can see.

Can we have a practice account history view?
We need a function something like : PRACTICE ACCOUNT HISTORY.
For us is better to track a history of customer accout but not as a doctor but as a pratice, because we have hundreds sent mailes to their mailboxes. Better is filtring history by practice.After when we have a practice history, we would like to print it horizontally not vertically.
We have also a suggestion.In Pratice history its good to add additional columne with name Doctor.
The last columne should be NOTE.It would be great to make columne NOTE more wider.

please can we have something that allows as to send a generic letter to all clients, either by post or email.
I think it would be a good idea as we have all clients on one list if we could have something that we could send a generic letter out to them.
1 voteYou can edit custom letters in Control Centre > Advanced > Reports > Custom letters.
Send these either from the Batch Report Manager, or the Report menu > Customer, or Practice.

batch report practices by name
When you select ,for example, Practice Statements in Batch Report Manager, one selects 'Practices by NAME' to establish the format the list will be presented in. However they in fact are listed in Practice Account Number (which were, I guess introduced with T7). I'm sure most people will like me go by Practice NAME not Number. Would it be possible to view Practices in 'alphabetical order' as you can with Dentists sir names?

Allow sorting of patient search results
When doing a patient search the results appear in date order with columns patient/ job/ customer etc, it would be good if you could click the customer or surgeon and it sorted it in patient name or surgeon order, then you could find patients with the name you are searching for with a particular surgeon, this would be good if it could be used when searching a customers history, if after selecting the customer and getting their history you could click the patient column and sort the information out in patient order, you wouldn't have to search throughout the years…

Batch Report Manager - customer has no email address popup is too fast!
Attempting to send a large batch of email reports to email list and find a good proportion don't have their email list box filled in. The popup telling me this appears for each customer, which doesn't give me time to react to a previous popup.
Can we have a summary somewhere that we can check at the end of the run?
1 voteIn the BRM, the second column (next to the tick boxes) in the list of dentists shows which email addresses have been added to the dentist's profile.
For example:

Indicates the dentist has a contact email, email list, and statement email list.

This would indicate the dentist only has a email list.

Statement (unpaid invoices) is now available from the same locations.

Can the payment ref that I entered show on the customer history?
It shows on the payments list, but would be useful on the customer's history too
