Hi, you're correct that this will need some work for a future update. As it stands you would have to either:

1) Untick the Job Items box on the Copy to New confirmation dialog box, but then you would have to manually add PATIENT, SHADE and NOTATION on the new job. (note these are item Codes so you would have to search for them as Codes and not Descriptions)

or 2) Leave the Line Items box clicked and delete the excess line items from the new job.

We'll do some work on this for a future beta update to allow the new 'copied' job to begin life with the default line items.

ok the only thing is i only want the customer to be repeated rather than the patient etc as changing all of the information takes longer then just adding a new job

Hi, this is possible by entering your first job as normal then using Action > Copy to New (or more efficiently you could just press F2 on your keyboard).

This will allow you to copy the current job to a new one. In the case of your example you may need to untick Job items and Job Note, but these preferences will be remembered for the next time you use Copy to New.
