bank holidays
is it possible to mark any bank holidays or days when the lab is shut so that it is impossible to book work in to be dispatched on these days?

This will be included in the next version update, hopefully to be released within the next 3 months. We're putting a lot of improvements and new features into this so it should be worth the long wait.

We hope to include this in v7.10 which was planned for June 2015 but has now been delayed, hopefully August 2015.

A managers resources calendar/scheduler is in the product roadmap. (From the dev team)

It's not currently possible, but it's certainly something we can look into adding in the future.
