  1. Show a warning if a job is booked in with a due date on a weekend

    Yes, the job shows the day along with the due date at the top of the screen, but when booking in jobs quickly we do not always notice this.

  4. Specify some products as not applicable to early payment discount

    Some items, such as Gold, we do not want an early payment discount to apply to. This is different to the customer discount, which you can control on a per product basis using the "Is discountable" checkbox on the product.

  6. On the Batch Report Manager, specify not to print those statements where the only activity is 1 payment covering their last invoice

    Not necessarily a biggie as you can determine the reports with 1 activity as they show with a number 1 in their preview icon on the BRM, but would be nice.

  9. Print out labels for variable specific accounts

    After running off summary invoices, statements etc from the Batch Report Manager, would like to produce address labels for only those accounts we have produced those reports for.

    Currently you can either have a full page of labels for specific accounts, or a single label for one account, or single labels for all accounts.

    Yes, this can be achieved in the Batch Report Manager by running your statement or summary invoice as the first report ("R1") then running the single label as the second report ("R2").


    On step 3, untick the R2 column then choose to email or print your R1 report as normal.


    Then press the "tick/untick options" button, and choose to "untick R1=no activity customers" to untick rows where there were no statements or invoices.


    Now, untick column R1 and tick column R2, and send to your label printer.


  10. abiltiy to send email letters to the customers

    Either as a one off or on bulk from the Batch Report Manager perhaps. eg. Select customers with email addresses, decide on text of letter, send to Customer's email addresses.

  11. allow 2 more customer email c.c addresses ergo up to 3

    Need to email customers, but also 2 other 'customer cc. email addresses' currently they have to do a BRM (Batch Report Manager) run to customer's email addr, then 'go back into each customer record, change their email', for a 2nd run. ditto 3rd

  13. How can you view what you have invoiced recently, in invoice order?

    On T6, invoices would be visible on the screen in cronalogical order. (As we are now having to enter our own JOB Number, instead of the system generated one which was not viable for us to use), I cannot seem to view invoices in the date order they are raised in. They seem to be stored in Job Number order. But the document is in fact an Invoice, the Invoice Number produced should be the Primary Number for that document, and therfore the date order would be cronalogical too. The SYSTEM HISTORY option, lists techincal info, but does not give…

  15. Overwriting a price, means 'price band' field is lost.

    Sometimes you need to adjust the price of an item when you are invoicing, you don't necessarily want to load a new code or apply a discount. When you you manually alter a price, or enter an Alloy price (which is left blank as it differs everytime single time) the Price Band i.e. NHS/Private is lost. This means not only are invoices/patient statements missing information, but the reporting is effected. The 'Sales by product grouped by Price Band' Report becomes an inaccurate and therfore unusable report.

  16. saving e-mail address and phone numbers into dentists/practice accounts

    I see you can go into control centre and update a Practice details, with
    e-mail addres/phone number/notes etc. However when you go into a dentists account, that practice info you have just entered does not show again the individual/s at that practice. How do you get that info to copy across?

  17. Specify different email addresses depending on report type

    Further to being able to email to more than one email address, how about being able to email specific reports to separate addresses.

    For example, the statement to go to the practice's admin email address, and the patient statements to go to the surgeon direct.

  19. Month clearly stated on statements/summary invoices

    previously the month of the report was clear on the printout, there is now just a to & from date on the right hand. Can we have it so the month of the report is very clear

  20. directly paste or scan in images onto jobs

    We scan images in and can now attach these to jobs in T7 but it needs us to add an 'IMAGE' code to the lineitem, then 'Get Image' and select from a file.
