Add a button next to State box to allow quickly producing documents for this job and customer
Currently you can click the state box on a completed job to see an invoice in the preview window.
Expand on this to allow quickly producing job documents (the F5 Print ones) as well as Statements etc. for the current customer without having to go into the Report menu and sub menus.

When changing price band prices by a percentage, give an option to allow "rounding to nearest pound"

Practice Summary Invoice Detailed does not need CODE and can it be portrait
Its great that there now is a ‘practice summary invoice – detailed’, as As well as an individual’s ‘summary invoice – detailed’. They both obviously show the same info, however there has been an extra column added to the new ‘practice summary’ report. The column is titled CODE, this is not present in the individual summary invoices, as its not necessary.
Also the ‘practice’ one is only in landscape format, taking up more pages, can it be changed to be portrait like the ‘individual’ report
4 votesWe do have some labs and groups that require the code to appear on this report. As there is a lot of information included, the landscape format ensures we can keep the text readable at a reasonable font size.

Can we have the option to print reports in portrait or landscape (wide), eg Aged debtors report at the moment can only be printed in wide.

It’s not a good idea to temporarily change a customer’s Invoice Address. for some Invoices but not others, traceability is lost.
Instead, create another account for that customer and use it where appropriate.

Change 'look and feel' of a new form
Its great to have the the NEW FORM function at the top right hand side of the screen, so you can open more screens to view other jobs/customers etc, however is it possible to change the colour of a NEW FORM that you have opened, as otherwise you can have a few screens open that you are working with but they all look the same and this will create confusion.

On selection lists, used to be able to press a key to jump down to that letter
Now have to type that letter in the "For" box then click search...

make Image preview always visible in selector window
When selecting or viewing one or more images onto a job, it would be nice to see the image in the first pop up window (if one has been assigned yet) without having to click View Image. Also, if an 'IMAGE' line item is on a job, there seems no way to see if it is populated with an image or if it is blank.

lineitems don't change colour when completed in T7
In T6 there was a neat feature when an item on the job was marked 'completed' the row changed colour. i don't see this in T7

Logged in (current) user not visible all the time
would like to see who is the (current) logged in user all the time. there is a USER field on the Main Form but this changes if looking at previous orders/invoices.

add an item in the Transactor Favorites menu - Organise Favorites
I like the favorites icon in the Transactor tool bar but i;d like to be able to add or remove items like the Firefox browser's 'Organise Bookmarks'.
