Allow editing "Your Ref" when a job is completed
We'd like to add something to the 'your reference' section (top middle) after completing the job without having to go back into edit. Like you can with 'Patient name' and 'notes'

Make is easier for the user to add company logo, move and resize it and position other text in the header
Need to speak to the helpdesk if we want to move things around. Drag and drop would be useful.

Make it clearer how the EPD amount is calculated on statements
It is not clear how the amount is calculated to us or to the customer. Perhaps a note should be included as to how it's calculated, and/or indicate which items on the statement affect the calculation.

Would be good to access calendar from tool bar as well as the main form, also can we drill down on date to see jobs due
The techs here find the calendar really useful, it helps them visualise what's due when, so it would be good to access it independently from the main form so they don't have to clear / edit a job to get to it. Also, would be helpful to be able to drill down from a date in the calendar to see which jobs are due on that day.

When adding payments in January, for payments received in December, either make it clear what year is being used, or prompt the user
Example: I have received a payment dated 20/12. If I add this within January, and do not enter the year, it defaults to 2016.
When entering payments in January only, can Lab Manager either ask the user to confirm the year, or make it clear that it will use 2016 if you don't specify the year.

message alert when you select customer onto main form
I need to try and find something that will alert staff in the office to remember when booking the work in.
Could there be something that could pop up when you input the surgeons name that comes onto the screen in a bright colour to alert them that this surgeon requests something different to others for example I had one today that does not want his veneers etched and its so hard for them to remember all the requests.0 votesThe next version of Transactor will have the ability to add comment text highlighted in red (or other colours) which is prominently displayed on the form when the customer is selected.

We'd like to view Job History from the Jobs List
This was possible on Transactor 6 by right-clicking a job in the list and selecting History from the popup menu. Now you need to bring a job onto the main form before you can view the job history.

We need to be able to hand a list of unpaid invoices to a customer, as an invoice
We need something like the statement-unpaid but it must state it is an invoice and not a statement
The IDH summary invoice unpaid would also work if the references to IDH are removed

limit assigned lineitem technician to the user logged in
As far you know, when a technician ends his stage at work , he put his name on the list of technicians next to the action which he did.
The problem is that our technicians make mistakes very often and [instead of] putting their names, they choose name of another one and when we want to settle, we have full job to find out who and why.
Question is if its possible to have in the list only one name of concrete person after logging in ?
For example technician john, he has his own account on Transactor, in Id…
