When adding very hi-res images to a job they are too large..
.. to view properly, even when zooming out to the minimum of 25%. We receive very hi-res images regularly so we need to be able to view these quality images without having to scroll around them.

I've noticed that auto-capitalization as gone from transactor 7
Such as when entering a patient name

Jobs booked in by due date, sorted by surgeon
Can't seem to pull up jobs booked in by due date on Beta version. was hoping to see if it was possible to sort the list. i.e by dentist name. and what information was given on the list

is it possible to mark any bank holidays or days when the lab is shut so that it is impossible to book work in to be dispatched on these days?

When you are booking in mutiple jobs for the sane client can we have a shortcut to repeat the last client rather than entering it all again?

Can't edit internal notes. and how big are they?

How big is the "Internal Note" section ? The current one is very small. Often you need to update comments on a job if its going out to a client and coming back, etc, or if you just want to have notes about a job.It needs to tab to a whole new page for this funtion, or have pretty endless scrole feature.
1 voteDescription: The Job Note can now be edited at all times, regardless of job state. Also a pop up editor allows entry or pasting from clipboard, upto 250 characters.

Invoice summary breakdown
On Previous transactor "Summary Invoices" had a 'line item' Yes/No option. So the summery invoice showed not just values, but patient name, products, notation and notes.I cannot see that on this version.

Report to show a certain product, for a certain client for a certain time scale.
It is vital to understand clients trends, and we really need a report that can be totally bespoke to the following fields that can be varied without boundaries.i.e.....
How many NHS - Bonded Crowns - did Dentist Smith - do in June.

I would like to cursor to skip to Ref when I press Tab
I like the cursor to start at Customer when I start a new job, but then when I press TAB I want it to move to Ref

List viewer window - Print all - Zoom not working
eg. Customer History - Account Statement - Options - Print All - Click Zoom + icon. Doesnt work. Zoom - works until 20% but then wont zoom back up. Can enlarge window and sometimes zooms in, but stops working again.

customer history lists need to scroll to show most recent items
For example customer - history - Account History, if there are lots of transactions would like to see the most recent without needing to scroll down

New Credit Note could offer to base it on current Invoice
After bringing up a job invoice on the main form, i would like an easy way to make a credit note out based on it. eg. one way would be after clicking Action - New Credit Note, T7 could prompt 'There is a job invoice currently selected, do you want to base the Credit Note on this? Yes, No, Cancel.

Patient search for 'current selected Surgeon'
When there is a Customer(surgeon) selected on the Main Form, i click the Patient Search Icon. i would like the Search combo to be pre-set to 'Patients for current selected Customer' instead of how it is now (just All Patients). Of course users should be able to change that to Patients (All), or clear the Main Form first to search thru all patients.
6 voteshi, this is a preference setting. in the Patient search dialog, click the ‘cog’ settings icon on the top right. Choose initial search.. Patients for current selected Customer

Sales items search box - focus the For box
if the default search is say Description. then i would like the cursor waiting for me in the FOR box instead of having to move the focus out of the list box.

customer details keeps coming up when I select a customer from the list
If I double click on a surgeon to select them in the list, and I do this when the box is over the customer details bit on the main screen it selects the surgeon then brings up their details box.
It doesn't happen if I make sure I click on the surgeon away from the main customer box. Could get frustrating!

refresh search results automatically when changing the search type
In search windows like Customer - History, the window opens then i choose 'All Completed Jobs' from the drop down selector. Nothing happens until i remember to click the Search button. Another example is 'Account History'. I think it would be great if the list refreshed automatically.
3 votesA ‘Press Enter to search’ message becomes evident if criteria is changed and the list is waiting to be refreshed. This is similar to Google’s search methodology if the criteria chosen may result in a long result list.
