Print or email OVERDUE PLEASE REMIT invoice
would like to be able to produce this.
2 votesDebtors letters are now available from Report menu > Customers, and also in the Batch Report Manager.
Statement (unpaid invoices) is now available from the same locations.

Overwriting a price, means 'price band' field is lost.
Sometimes you need to adjust the price of an item when you are invoicing, you don't necessarily want to load a new code or apply a discount. When you you manually alter a price, or enter an Alloy price (which is left blank as it differs everytime single time) the Price Band i.e. NHS/Private is lost. This means not only are invoices/patient statements missing information, but the reporting is effected. The 'Sales by product grouped by Price Band' Report becomes an inaccurate and therfore unusable report.

saving e-mail address and phone numbers into dentists/practice accounts
I see you can go into control centre and update a Practice details, with
e-mail addres/phone number/notes etc. However when you go into a dentists account, that practice info you have just entered does not show again the individual/s at that practice. How do you get that info to copy across?2 votes -
Would like a report to show products invoiced to all surgeons in a specified practice, for a specified period
ie. A summary of all the items that are listed on the practice summary invoice detailed.

When adding very hi-res images to a job they are too large..
.. to view properly, even when zooming out to the minimum of 25%. We receive very hi-res images regularly so we need to be able to view these quality images without having to scroll around them.

Group surgeons by practice on sales by customer
Sales by practice report is spread across pages. I like the sales by customer report as it's a long list.

Would like to report on value of all items for jobs booked in within a specified period
Regardless of the current status of the job. (Booked in or out)

Can we have a notepad facility for non Transactor terminals
Can we have a notepad facility for technician PCs (not running Transactor) so technicians can enter notes that Transactor operators can see.
2 votesFrom 8.33, technicians can access the job in Procuur via the web page or phone app, and notes added will sync into LabManager.

Deleting/editing completed cases
When a case has been booked out and charged it no longer seems possible to edit or delete the case.
I understand that this would not normally be required but if there is a mistake on what has been added to the form or the case was booked out to charge in error there now seems no way back!! For example I now have a case booked out to one of my clients that is wrong and I cant remove it from his monthly statement.

Don't want to print empty reports for "R2" or "R3"
If I am running two reports per surgeon (R1 and R2), I can untick the 'empty' ones in the R1 column using the menu above the tick boxes, so I don't have to print them. However, I am forced to print those that are 'empty' in the R2 column.

Copy to new - ability to include non-financial items only
On choosing 'Copy To New' when there is an existing job on the main form, would like to choose to exclude not just notes, but all non-financial items.

Allow sorting of patient search results
When doing a patient search the results appear in date order with columns patient/ job/ customer etc, it would be good if you could click the customer or surgeon and it sorted it in patient name or surgeon order, then you could find patients with the name you are searching for with a particular surgeon, this would be good if it could be used when searching a customers history, if after selecting the customer and getting their history you could click the patient column and sort the information out in patient order, you wouldn't have to search throughout the years…

Can't edit internal notes. and how big are they?

How big is the "Internal Note" section ? The current one is very small. Often you need to update comments on a job if its going out to a client and coming back, etc, or if you just want to have notes about a job.It needs to tab to a whole new page for this funtion, or have pretty endless scrole feature.
1 voteDescription: The Job Note can now be edited at all times, regardless of job state. Also a pop up editor allows entry or pasting from clipboard, upto 250 characters.

concise 'practice list with surgeons'
Sometimes you need at a glace to know which dentists are at which surgery. The report 'practice list with surgeons' in the format it currently is, is not very user friendly, as its one page for each practice, which is not really necessary. I sit possible to make this report be more like a list, where you'll end up with practice name followed by the list of dentists there, but so you can get something like 8 or so practices to a page. More of a running report a bit like the 'adress labels' report?

anomally when entering invoice number - it removes job number ?
When looking at a job on the sysem by various routes, the JOB number AND INVOICE number are both displayed...However when you search by invoice number (by typing INV12345) in the Job field, then hit enter - the invoice number remains in the job field AND in he invoice field. As you can see from the attached photo. If you require the job number by way of clarification, then you have to out of the job, reload the account, and search for the case again. Bit of a blip there I think.
