Group surgeons by practice on sales by customer
Sales by practice report is spread across pages. I like the sales by customer report as it's a long list.

Make it clearer how the EPD amount is calculated on statements
It is not clear how the amount is calculated to us or to the customer. Perhaps a note should be included as to how it's calculated, and/or indicate which items on the statement affect the calculation.

Would be good to access calendar from tool bar as well as the main form, also can we drill down on date to see jobs due
The techs here find the calendar really useful, it helps them visualise what's due when, so it would be good to access it independently from the main form so they don't have to clear / edit a job to get to it. Also, would be helpful to be able to drill down from a date in the calendar to see which jobs are due on that day.

When adding payments in January, for payments received in December, either make it clear what year is being used, or prompt the user
Example: I have received a payment dated 20/12. If I add this within January, and do not enter the year, it defaults to 2016.
When entering payments in January only, can Lab Manager either ask the user to confirm the year, or make it clear that it will use 2016 if you don't specify the year.

message alert when you select customer onto main form
I need to try and find something that will alert staff in the office to remember when booking the work in.
Could there be something that could pop up when you input the surgeons name that comes onto the screen in a bright colour to alert them that this surgeon requests something different to others for example I had one today that does not want his veneers etched and its so hard for them to remember all the requests.0 votesThe next version of Transactor will have the ability to add comment text highlighted in red (or other colours) which is prominently displayed on the form when the customer is selected.

Need to exclude tagged customers on the Batch Report Manager
For some customers we need to bill the practice, and these practices are tagged BILLTOPRACTICE.
Since we don't want to produce surgeon invoices/statements for the surgeons in those practices, we'd need to be able to select all surgeons without the BILLTOPRACTICE tag. If necessary we can tag the individual surgeons as BILLTOPRACTICE.

We'd like to view Job History from the Jobs List
This was possible on Transactor 6 by right-clicking a job in the list and selecting History from the popup menu. Now you need to bring a job onto the main form before you can view the job history.

Please can we sort the "Active Jobs - Booked In - By Due Date" list by practice
I will specify the current day as the due date to see all jobs that should go out today. If I could work through each job required by a practice in sequence, this would be more suitable than finding one job, and then 10 jobs later finding another one in the list.

We need to search for surgeons by typing the practice
There is a search "Delivery address contains" but this only searches for addresses, not by practice name
